Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout works as a guest. If you create an account, your orders also appear under My Dashboard so you can reorder in one tap.
How do consultations work?
Pick a symptom, pay, then choose a date and time slot at checkout. You receive a Google Meet link on WhatsApp and by email, and a written summary the same day after the call.
What payment methods do you accept?
Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets), PhonePe, and cash on delivery. Digital items such as consultations are prepaid only.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities usually receive orders in 2–4 working days, and the rest of India in 4–7. You get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as it ships.
Can I return a product?
Damaged or incorrect items are replaced within 7 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, read the refund policy — some health and hygiene items cannot be restocked.
Are the medicines and supplements genuine?
Yes. We stock from authorised distributors and list the source for every product on its page. Nothing is repackaged.
